Use this form to exercise your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — to access a summary of your data, correct it, erase it, withdraw consent, nominate someone to act for you, or raise a grievance. Delete your TruFactor app account

Use this form to request deletion of your TruFactor client-app account and associated personal data. No app sign-in is required.

  • Choose “Erase my personal data”.
  • Enter the email registered for your app access.
  • In Details, write “Delete my TruFactor client-app account and associated personal data”. Add your MFD’s business name if known.
  • Submit and keep your reference number.

We may contact you to verify your identity and clarify the request’s scope. We aim to acknowledge within two working days and resolve within 30 days. If records must be retained, we will explain why and for how long. Signing out or disabling app access does not delete your account. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes or financial statements.
